When we are in these states of consciousness through meditation - Theta, Delta states - we can heal on all levels of awareness, allowing ourselves to surrender and let go of everything. Rest the mind + body as you receive the intelligence of these healing sound frequencies, amplified through drum + voice, restoring your lived being and vibrational resonance into higher Harmony and balance.

You will be welcomed into the warmth and tranquility of this divinely-inspired space 15 minutes before the Sound Journey commences at 12pm. Everyone may get settled, either lying down on a cloud cushion or sit on a seat to get comfortable.  Warm refreshments available upon arrival as well as to rest with + enjoy after the meditation. Rainwater is used in all the mushroom tonics, cacao and herbal teas that will be available to drink. If you would prefer to bring your own drink, blankets, pillows, you are more than welcome.
